Bristol County Savings Bank Appoints Thomas Kelly to VP/Commercial Loan Officer

Taunton, MA, January 24, 2023 - Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB), headquartered in Taunton, Massachusetts, announces the appointment of Thomas D. Kelly to the position of Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. In this capacity, Kelly develops and manages client relationships in the greater Attleboro area by providing commercial loan solutions, along with a comprehensive range of other financial products.

Prior to joining the Bank, Kelly held the position of Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer with North Easton Savings Bank, North Easton, Massachusetts. Active in the community, Kelly is Past-President and current member of the Attleboro Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Directors for the Attleboro/Norton YMCA. He is also a member of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce, Mansfield, Massachusetts and the United Regional Chamber of Commerce in Plainville, Massachusetts. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Attleboro, Massachusetts. Kelly earned his bachelor's degree from Bryant College, Smithfield, RI and resides in Attleboro, MA.
