Get us involved.
We work hard to be actively involved in our community, demonstrate leadership through our actions and be part of the solution. Each year we average over 5,000 hours giving back and assisting area organizations with community projects, participation on boards, financial education, fundraising and service days. We love the opportunity to get involved and make a difference.
2023 Employee Volunteer Day
BCSB Cares! For the second consecutive year, we closed all our offices at noon on June 28th for our annual Employee Volunteer Day to benefit the communities we serve. More than 290 Bank staff fanned out to the 15 project site locations of our non-profit partners and raked, shoveled, scraped, painted and cleaned for the entire afternoon. Great job everyone!
Lending a helping hand.
Every year we participate in a variety of community projects and events. Many of our employees have skills and talent outside of their roles at the Bank and enjoy being able to put them to use. Whether it’s hammering nails for Habitat for Humanity, harvesting vegetables to feed families as part of the Dartmouth YMCA’s Sharing the Harvest Community Farm or serving dinner to kids at the Boys & Girls Club – we love the opportunity to get involved. Let us know if you need a hand, or two for a project or event.

Request VolunteersWe like to work for a cause. Not for applause.
We take our board service seriously. We have over 80 members of our team involved with just over 200 different community organizations throughout our region. The strongest relationships are those that meet the needs of both parties. To ensure a good fit, we want to understand your mission, requirements and expectations to enable us to provide a member of our team that is well- matched to your organization and will add value.
